The Chuck Wagon Gang

The Chuck Wagon Gang's Homecoming will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the Pigeon Forge Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, TN.  Program times are 1:00 and 6:00 PM, with doors opening at 11:30 and 4:30 PM. Both programs for the same price.

Complete details and ticket information may be obtained at the CWG Homecoming link posted on our website, thechuckwagongang.net.  The afternoon program includes singing by the CWG, a question and answer time, and a time when you can sing any part or play with the Chuck Wagon Gang.  We only have time for 15 participants to sing with the Gang, so if you are interested, please contact us immediately at 888-319-1021.  The evening program will feature the current CWG along with former members in attendance.

SEATING CHART:  Ticket sales are starting to increase, but there are plenty of good seats left.  We have a seating chart located HERE where you can pick your seat.  The chart is updated regularly, but we suggest that you write down several selections in the event the chart is not updated when you call.  We have general admission seats for both programs, and reserved seats for the evening.  Children, youth, and group rates are also available and shown on the web page.  

LUNCH WITH THE GANG:  This year, we have added Lunch with The Gang, to be held at 10:30 AM at Tony Gore's Smoky Mountain BBQ and Grill in Sevierville. The cost is $25 per person for an all-you-can-eat buffet and drink. Bring your cameras as you just might be served a tea refill by a member of the CWG!  Space is limited to 68 people, so make your reservations soon.  If you already have your Homecoming Tickets, you may call 888-319-1021 if you wish to add the lunch.  In the event the 10:30 program sells out, another is planned for 11:30 AM.

MOTEL RESERVATIONS:  We have secured special rates at the Ramada Inn next door to the Convention Center, and $69 per night plus tax for up to four people.  Rooms are available for a few days before and after the event for those wishing to spend more time in the area.  We urge you to stay there, as this helps us with the rental of the Convention Center.

BOOTHS AVAILABLE:  This year we are open to have a few booths from individuals or businesses.  If you have something to share or sell, we are open to discuss this by phone.

IF YOU WISH TO HELP: The expenses for the Homecoming are tremendous, and there is much labor involved.  At times, we wonder if we should continue the event, and although we would like to expand and make it better, present attendance does not warrant that at this time.  To those coming, we thank you, and you won't find us passing the "chicken bucket" in addition to the admission price.  Perhaps there are those coming, or not coming, that would like to contribute to the "Homecoming Fund".  We are not requesting any certain amount...just anything that you might wish to contribute.  Please call 888-319-1021 if you would like to contribute.  We are non profit, 501c, and a receipt can be mailed for your contribution.
